Seminar topic: ‘U’ and Quality of Life
The Seminar would focus on personal and professional growth by trying to share a few patterns which could be practiced.
All of us would love to create a future of possibility and for this it is important for an individual to understand the field from which one operates in various issues to be effective with new consciousness. The importance of co-evolving, attentively listening to the data without voice of judgment, having an open heart to understanding feelings and so on are a few important perspectives which would be focused in the process. Getting sensitized to this pattern from various perspectives could surely help better the quality of life for everyone.
Presenter: Dr. S.N.Raghavendra M.B.A, Ph.D
- Has more than 19 years of Corporate and Academic experience and worked with the IT, FMCG, Telecom, Chemical and ITES Industry in the field of Human Resource as a Consultant- Trainer.
- Certified NLP practitioner form ANLP and conducts workshops on NLP for professionals. Specializes in designing and conducting competency and behavior assessments and various OD interventions.
- Trains in areas like Emotional Intelligence, Appreciative Inquiry, Team Building, Leadership, Communication and interpersonal skills between individuals, within teams, projects and organizations.
